Case 1. How to increase your scope?

Problem: online cosmetics store, need to get more orders.


Analysis: long time between purchases - 3 months.


Hypothesis: increase the range of related products, force the user to visit the site every day.


Solution: we added over 400,000 new products, created a mobile application, and became a marketplace.


Result: the average frequency of purchases increased to 3.5 weeks, the average check almost doubled.

Case 2. How to go beyond your limits?

Problem: the project is in the TOP 5 of search results, but it needs to expand.


Analysis: most often, the client opens 5-7 links in the search results and communicates with all of them at once.


Hypothesis: rank higher in search results without using expensive context.


Solution: cannibalize organic traffic by creating a new (in the eyes of the target audience) competitor and bringing it to the TOP-5.


Result: an increase in total traffic by 1.7 times, over the year they occupied a 20% market share of the Russian Federation in the niche

Case 3. What tool do you use to work with your limits?

Problem: there is no marketing in the company, two people in the department, working chaotically.


Analysis: the management project has many brands, constant launch of new products.


Hypothesis: we are rethinking the department at the level of a web studio, with a conveyor-belt promotion strategy.


Solution: drawing up regulations, job descriptions and checklists, a training system for juniors.


Result: a team working like clockwork, with a clear scaling scheme, launching 2 brands a year.
